Our Scottish Breakfast, which is served from 8 to 9.30 am, is guaranteed to set you up for a day of exploring. Our delicious back bacon, pork link sausage and black pudding are all supplied by Clark’s Butchers, right here in Nairn. We serve this with grilled mushrooms, baked beans, grilled tomato and locally sourced eggs (poached, scrambled or fried). Finally, for the full Highland experience, we add homemade Tattie Scones which are a traditional Scottish favourite.
We prepare smashed avocado on homemade sourdough toast as a lighter, but very tasty, option. You can also add eggs (poached, scrambled, fried) if you prefer. Why not try our creamy scrambled egg and local smoked salmon on sourdough which is another popular option?
We thoroughly recommend our delicious, homemade Granola. It’s big on flavour, gluten free and suitable for Vegans. You can also choose from a selection of cereals, fresh seasonal fruits, Greek yoghurt and local honey. A healthy and nutritious start to your day.
Tattie Scones, a staple of any Scottish cooked breakfast, are traditionally made with wheat flour and butter and they’re absolutely delicious! We’re always happy to provide a dairy and/or gluten free version, so there’s no reason for anyone to miss out! We’re also very happy to substitute for fried potatoes.
Our relaxing and spacious dining room is the perfect place to plan your day. Help yourself to tea (including Herbal), fresh ground coffee and a selection of fresh juices.
